Elephant Launch didn’t start with a win. It started in the middle of a mess. A promising project. Too many moving parts, and no clear way forward. As founders and operators, we’ve been inside ambitious projects that are exciting one moment and overwhelming the next. Decisions dragged. Critical pieces fell through the cracks. Too many priorities. Not enough hands and no easy way to build a full team before the business was ready for it. The idea wasn’t the problem; the process was.
